Kathleen Kuhn

Kathleen's long career highlights include the launch of the National Institute of Building Inspectors, (NIBI) the first independly owned training program to become a state-approved vocational school. NIBI offering pre-licensing courses for home inspectors. She was also a founding member and Chairwoman of the American Home Inspection Association and has been a featured subject matter expert on major media outlets, including CNN, Fox Business, Realtor Magazine, GMA, The New York Times, and USA Today.

She is the author of What to Watch For, A Professionals Guide to Home Watch and the founder of Away Team Property Watch and Concierge, a business opportunity for entrepreneurs looking to fast track the launch of their own home watch business.

Additionally, Kathleen has served as an advisor to various home service organizations and real estate technology companies focused on home management.

Mike Kuhn

Mike Kuhn is one of the most seasoned home inspectors in the Eastern United States. He has has personally performed over 10,000+ home inspections in Central New Jersey and has supervised another 40,000. He is the author of The Pocket Idiot's Guide to Home Inspections and has been featured on HGTV, and GMA as a subject matter expert. Mike is a past Director and Instructor of the National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI)(r) as well as field instructor for the state of NJ Home Inspector Licensing.
